冠達星冷鏈食品產業園總投資為15億元,規劃占地面積為60多畝，總建筑面積為12萬平方米,冷藏庫容量為20萬多立方米，是一個集冷凍冷藏、農產品（冷凍食品）交易、供應鏈金融、冷鏈物流配送、智能停車、智能辦公、高級公寓、食品安全溯源系統等為一體的高標準冷鏈食品產業園項目。

Guandaxing Cold Chain Food Industrial Park  has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, covering a planned area of over 60 mu (about 40,000 square meters). With a total construction area of 120,000 square meters and a cold storage capacity of more than 200,000 cubic meters, it is a high-standard cold chain food industrial park integrating frozen and refrigerated storage, agricultural product (frozen food) trading, supply chain finance, cold chain logistics and distribution, intelligent parking, intelligent office, high-end apartments, and food safety traceability system.

       項目位于泉州市和晉江市中心城區中部的晉江市池店鎮，在泉州新華州水產品、禾富水果、禾恒蔬菜三大農貿批發市場旁，形成成熟完善的農貿批發商圈。地理位置優越，道路交通發達，緊鄰324國道和泉安公路，距離最近高速路口僅2.5公里，15分鐘內可達泉州、晉江兩大中心城區，還可輻射廈漳泉都市圈和閩西南等地區。

As an industrial standardized park project with divisible sales and independent property rights, Guandaxing Cold Chain Food Industrial Park  will adopt two business models—leasing and selling—after completion. It will cooperate with numerous merchants and enterprises engaged in frozen food, agricultural product wholesale, and frozen/refrigerated logistics and distribution for joint development and operation.
